Weeeeeelllll.... FAIL

That is what the last two weeks have been made of. FAIL. AKA, Harry has done no work. Zip. Nadda. Sooo, these next few weeks are going to be hectic iawn, especially as I really want to see Jess AND my Mum and Sally and Dean. Gah.

Soooo, just what have you spent your time doing, if not working, I hear you cry.

Damn good question.

Mostly I have been down to the Gym, training for next terms rowing, which I have been moderately successful at sticking to this self imposed training regime of DEATH. I also saw Charlotte, Will, Sarah, Manber and Nia at 147 a few times  - and even Steve!!!

Note: I totally cut Steves girlfriend off this photo. This is because I am a sucky photographer.

I also went to Ireland this weekend with my Dad - various family members were there, and I was promised the opportunity to meet my Grandma's side of the family as this was supposed to be kind of the last big shindig-type thing (it was a 80th birthday party, so you get the idea) however it turned out that me and Luke (my cousin, who was the other lieee [person that was lied to]) were there to baby sit the younger cousins why the elder generations went and did this.

Anywho, more specifically, me and dad rode to Holyhead on the BMW where we met Grandma and Grandad on the boat and sailed to Dublin:

Then we went to my my Aunty and Uncles house, were I met a cute but annoying dog, had some tea, drank some wine and went to bed. Next day got up late, bummed around, did not much and waited for Luke and Sam to arrive - essentially not much happened - spent the weekend in amiable lethargy with copious food/chocolate/wine until Sunday when Luke and Sam went home and me, my dad, Uncle Shane and Connel took the trails bikes out for a spin (cue gratuitous motorbike pictures):

Me, remembering how to ride a bike (its just like riding a bike, you never forget... bollocks!)

Me, having just forgotten how to ride a bike (ouchies)

Connel, being distressingly good

My dad, also in the process of forgetting!

My dad, remembering :( the forgetting was far more amusing!

Anywho, that pretty much sums it up, bar watching the Boat Race :( Damn, and I will have to face Will at some point, who will inevitably gloat :( Gah, again.

Well, its late, and I'm tired so I'm going to bed. Now. ZzZzZzZzZzZzzz

Long time no.... Blog.... [continued]

Okaaaaaaaaaayy.... so what happened next?

Ah yes, my sister came for the weekend, and we 'met' Jess at the airport - well we would have done, had there not been an unfortunate confusion about the meaning of "UK" and "International" arrivals.

Then it was crazy mad bumps week, which was quite possibly the hardest I have worked, ever. No seriously, lectures till 1 every day, then rowing till 3, then home to do the examples paper for the next days supervision. 100% worth it however, despite getting spoons!!!!

And the hard earned post bumps curry, which would have been a boat club dinner, had certain people not forgotten to book it!!

And, not to forget Joseph and Josh's awesome dancing skills:

Again, not much to report for the following week, bar obligatory sunday hangover, but BCD was well worth the wait!! Wooooo :)

And the bop afterwards, which was, thankfully, with trousers. Lo, the leaning tower of boaties!!

That was never to be!

And back to Adams room for more drink... somewhat thankfully, I can find no photos... what a shame!!

And that was pretty much it for the term, bar gratuitous drinking and formaling at the end of term, but none of the picture are particularly pretty (What!? It had been a stressful term!!) So I shall leave it at that!

Long time no.... Blog....

Sooo.... More in depth... with, shock, horror, photographs!!!

Okies, so where did it all start?
Or, where did I stop blogging? Oh, snow week!!! :)
Right, nothing much happened (or so says my camera...) until the engineers dinner the monday after, which was obviously awesome:

Unfortunately, there was rowing next morning, and that meant no going out afterwards :(
Buuuuuut, there was formal that night, sooooo excess of wine etc... and a good time had by all. I think. At least I'm sure Jamie did, despite being thrown out of formal  :)

Oh, and the cock man.....

And then Jess came for Valentine's Eve :D

Which was clearly the most awesome bit yet :) :) :)

Then we went to Cauis for formal on Sunday, which was VERY pennylicious, and really rather good fun :)

There was also some drunken pool afterwards, and depending on who you ask there may have been some snappage :o

Aaaand thats all we've got time for folks... early mornings tomorrow with work to do and all :)
